Genuine, Whole-hearted Healing
Regardless of current health or life situations, everyone is inherently whole. We are not our illness, our emotions or our challenges. Through discovering and listening to our inner wisdom, we all have the ability to move toward a healthier self.
Enso Wellness helps our clients recognize that their illness is not what defines them. Through authentic compassion and extensive knowledge, we are committed to providing a safe and effective path to a better you.
Enso Wellness provides a safe space to all. We welcome you regardless of your gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, national origin, age, race, color, disability, or military status.
Debbie Campbell BSN, RN, LMP, RYT
Founder of Enso Wellness, Debbie began her journey into integrative medicine at age 10 when she discovered yoga. Her love of the human body fueled her studies in massage therapy and nursing. Her fascination with the power of the mind led her to become a student and practitioner of meditation. Most recently, her journey has taken her to the mountains of northern Thailand to study Chi Nei Tsang, abdominal organ massage with senior instructors for Master Mantak Chia and to the Santa Cruz mountains of California to study viniyoga with Gary Kraftsow, lineage holder for the teachings of Sri Krishnamacharya.
Through a 30+ year career in mind-body medicine as a professional nurse and massage practitioner, Debbie has continued to deepen her practice and understanding of how to best partner with clients to assist them in realizing their highest ideal of wellness.
Whether it is through health coaching, massage, meditation, yoga therapy, or traditional medicine, Debbie uses her knowledge and training to guide clients toward their innate healing potential and inner wisdom.
For her own health and happiness, Debbie loves nothing more than finding her harmony in nature whether that is throwing on a backpack and heading into the mountains for a hike or a multi-day adventure exploring the back country or walking her dog in a city park. Most days start with meditation, yoga or chi kung and a good cup of coffee.
Debbie looks forward to international travel to witness the beauty this world has to offer and to experience the kindness of humanity throughout different cultures. She is passionate about whole foods cooking and loves to share meals with friends and family. She is currently learning to play the ukulele. Debbie lives in Seattle, WA with her wife and their dog, Benito.
"It is important to me that I walk my talk and am authentically engaged in a personal health practice. It has been through my own healing journey that I have discovered what works for me and what doesn't. I appreciate that we are on our own path, what speaks to me won't necessarily be effective for another person. What is clear is the most effective health practices are the ones that you do! They must be meaningful, purposeful. I see myself as a guide, a teacher, and a companion on your healing path. I am there to help you discover not only health promoting practices but also to help you see the jewel that is you, the whole and perfect you, just as you are, beneath the struggles beneath all that distracts us from this knowledge."

An Ancient Symbol for Modern Health
The Enso circle is an ancient symbol representing completeness, wholeness and balance where "nothing is lacking, nothing in excess". Drawn in a single brushstroke the circle captures a person's expressive nature at a single moment in time. The circle is always changing and always whole.
Our two circles represent the healing relationship between the client and Enso Wellness where the practitioner acts as a teacher, guiding the client back to a place of balance, a place of wholeness. Together we are on a journey of self discovery. Toward wholeness, toward a sense of home within yourself.
