At Enso Wellness, we connect breath, body and mind with safe, purposeful movement using the wisdom from the ancient lineage of Viniyoga, a style of yoga that adapts to the uniqueness of the practitioner, rather than the practitioner conforming to the yoga. We specialize in designing yoga practices that bring about a peaceful state of mind and greater sense of ease in the body.

Our yoga is appropriate for most people regardless of experience, fitness level, or body type. It is especially effective with stress, anxiety, depression, sleep, digestive, and musculoskeletal issues. 

 

Private, Small Group, Group, Special Event, Corporate Sessions Available.

 

Sessions are 60 minutes in length.

 

Travel fees apply for home visits outside of Seattle area.
